Active Assailant Preparedness Training is designed to equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively respond to incidents involving active shooters or violent attacks. This training typically covers a range of topics, including situational awareness, threat recognition, and emergency response strategies. Participants learn about the principles of “Run, Hide, Fight”, empowering them to assess their environment and make informed decisions to maximize their safety during a crisis.
We provide a specialized training for teachers to prepare for school related active shooter incidents. Educators will learn how to identify threats early, what actions to take during an active shooter incident, and law enforcement response. Please inquire about our "Classroom Hero" kit, an emergency trauma kit for teachers.
Stefon founded intrepid Response Training in 2023. He is an active FDLE certified law enforcement officer in the state of Florida, and a U.S. Army veteran. His roles in law enforcement include Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Community Engagement Officer, Special Response Team (SRT), Burglary Suppression Unit, as well as roles in Public Information.
Lauren is an active FDLE certified law enforcement officer in the state of Florida. In her 13 year tenure she has served as a Patrol Officer, Community Engagement Officer, and SWAT Team Hostage Negotiator. Lauren is also an active shooter survivor.
